The following provisions establish the general terms and conditions of sale governing the contractual relationship between the seller SKYLER S.R.L.S (hereinafter "Murano Store") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer or Consumer") having as their object the distance sale, on the Italian territory, of the proposed products, through the e-commerce website murano-store.com (hereinafter "the Site").

Murano Store caters exclusively to end users according to the current law and regulations on electronic commerce and distance selling.
By final consumer Murano Store means any natural person operating on the site acquistosemplice.it
In compliance with current laws on online sales, it reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" and within the limits set by law for both purchase and delivery.
The general conditions of sale that apply to the contractual relationship between Murano Store and the Customer are those published on the Site at the time the order is placed.
The order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
The Parties agree that the contract shall be governed by Italian law.

The sales process through the Site has been carried out in full compliance with the regulations on distance selling, electronic commerce, and in particular in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 and subsequent amendments and int.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER
Acceptance and confirmation of the order is made by entering data in the following steps:

2. Validation of the shopping cart
3. Indication of personal coordinates
4. Selection of payment method
Up to the stage before "payment" you can modify your order by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon at the top right of the screen (see more info on murano-store.com)
In case of payment by credit card, final acceptance by the Customer is made by entering his/her bank details (credit card no. and expiration date).
In case of payment by Paypal, the final acceptance by the Customer is made by entering the required data on the Paypal site.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the final acceptance by the Customer is made with the payment and subsequent crediting, to the bank account indicated at the time of order confirmation, of the established amount.
In case of payment by Cash on Delivery, the final acceptance by the Customer is made with the payment to the courier, who will subsequently credit the amount collected to the bank account indicated at the time of order confirmation, of the established amount.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
1. Rates
The selling price of the products online on the Site, shown in euros, is the price in effect at the time of registration of the order by the Customer.
Prices include the VAT rate current at the time of the order.
The sales prices of the products applied to the contractual relationship with the Customer shall be those in effect and published on the Site at the time of registration of the order by the Customer.
2. Characteristics of the products
In accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code, the company Murano Store provides Consumers with information about the Products and, on the Site, makes Consumers aware of all the main characteristics of the Products offered (Prices, composition, Quantity, description, etc.) and the price, including taxes and fees.
The characteristics of the Products will be visible by means of digital or photostatic reproduction posted on the Site illustrating the offer as faithfully as possible. The image is not part of the contractual relationship between the parties. There may be changes due to the reproduction of the image, therefore, the Consumer acknowledges that the photograph of the Product on the Site has an indicative value. All information is given through the Site in accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code.
ORDER
The order made by the Customer presupposes acceptance of all the provisions of these general conditions of sale (choose the modalities: telematics by checking appropriate boxes or by re-sending by fax or e-mail the general conditions properly signed, as suggested at the end of this text).
Any order placed by the customer through online payment will be considered by Murano Store only after acceptance of payment.
Murano Store will send the Customer an order confirmation e-mail that will include all the details of the order and the information required by law: a summary of the General Conditions of Sale, pre-contractual information relating to the essential characteristics of the goods purchased, a detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the payment instrument chosen, delivery costs, delivery terms, as well as information and instructions on the right of withdrawal and related costs, and legal guarantees.
The sale will be considered final after this confirmation is sent to the customer, the availability of the product and payment of the relevant price by the customer. The contractual reference date, for the purposes of warranty, withdrawal, etc., will be the date of sending the confirmation and acceptance of the order.
To modify the order, the Customer may click on the icon "Your cart" at the top right of the screen present on the site acquistosemplice.it. Modification is always possible up to the stage before payment.
The Customer may cancel the order through its right of withdrawal in the manner defined in the Withdrawal section; the request for cancellation of the order may be taken into account by sending an e-mail to info@murano-store.com (it is better to use a certified mail, or write: by sending by registered letter A/R to the registered office indicated above)
The order, once confirmed, CANNOT BE MODIFIED ON LINE neither with regard to the items, nor with regard to the delivery address, without prejudice in any case to the right of withdrawal for the Customer.
An order which, after several attempts at delivery by the delivery carrier, goes back to the sender, may not be returned. If the order has been paid for, it is refunded net of a penalty equal to the cost incurred in shipping [SEE COSTS ON SITE AT SECTION] and the material used and not sold, quantified at a flat rate of 20% of the order amount.
If the Customer wishes to change the delivery date of the package, the Customer must contact the carrier directly at the time the package is being delivered.
The Customer must keep the information contained in the order confirmation sent by Murano Store on a paper or computer document.
Murano Store sells the products on its website only to retailers and final consumers. Any order that manifestly does not correspond to a retail sale and, more generally, any order that is fraudulent or as alleged to be fraudulent, will be considered by Murano Store as null and void and prosecuted in the appropriate courts.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND FILING
The order form will be archived in Murano Store 's database for the time necessary for the execution of the same and, in any case, within the terms of the law.
The order confirmation will contain the conditions, terms and modalities of the right of withdrawal completed with the retraction form.
To access their order form, the Customer will need to access "My Account" "Order Status". A summary of the instructions for accessing the order form will be on each order confirmation e-mail in each case.
In the case of an invoice request, the Customer must make such request at the same time as the order by sending an e-mail to: info@murano-store.com
DISPUTES REGULATION
In the event of a dispute arising out of this contractual relationship, the parties undertake to seek, prior to any legal action, a common sense solution.
The parties agree that all disputes inherent to the sale through the Internet site as described above shall be devolved to the jurisdiction of the Court of Barletta. The applicable law shall be the law of Italy.
For anything not specified, reference is made to the consumer regulations in force at the time of the order.

CREDIT CARD

BANK TRANSFER
If you decide to pay by bank transfer, the transfer must reach us within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond this deadline the order will be automatically canceled. SHIPMENTS
SHIPMENTS TO ITALY
The cost of shipping to Italy is counted transparently when ordering. In fact, during the simulation of the purchase of a product you can see in your product cart, the cost of shipping.
Your products purchased on this website will be delivered to you within 72/86 hours from receipt of payment.
In this regard, please provide us with an address where you are sure the package can be received and also, provide us with a telephone number (preferably cell phone number) to give to the courier. Any number you provide us with will not be recorded in our records in any way (unless you enter it yourself during registration), it will only be used to contact you to establish any details regarding that particular shipment.
Delivery times are subject to change during the holidays (Christmas, Easter...) as the volume of shipments increases during these times of the year.

RETURN AND REFUND
Returns of goods made with requests for customization in size and/or finish are not allowed. In the event of goods not conforming to the 'order, Acquisto Semplice grants the Customer a period of 14 days from delivery to return the purchased goods. The Customer may choose to deliver the return at a collection point indicated in the procedure or choose home pickup by a courier who will pick up his return at the address and date specified by you.
HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN OF THE GOODS?
1. send an email to info@murao-store.com stating the reasons for the return, possibly attaching photographic documentation, and specifying the method of return among those indicated above.
2. wait for a reply email from Murano Store with authorization and the relevant return document (within 48h); if necessary, further information will be requested.
In any case, the Customer must return the items intact, unused, with their original packaging and, for a better management of the return by Murano Store, attaching the Return form received by e mail and fully completed.
HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by completing the "Withdrawal" procedure within the "My Account" section present on the acquistosemplice.it website. After fully filling in the data, the Customer can start the procedure by choosing one of the following methods:
- Sending the Withdrawal Form only (without the goods, which can be returned as described above) by e-mail to info@murano-store.com or by mail to: SKYLER S.R.L.S - P.IVA 04734100276 - Piazza Croce 10 - 31052 Maserada sul Piave TV
- Sending the Return Form together with the goods to be returned as specified in the GOODS RETURN section.
The Customer is not obliged to use the Withdrawal section: in fact, he/she may exercise his/her right of withdrawal by sending any other explicit statement of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract to the above-mentioned contact details. In any case, such communication must clearly state the Customer's desire to withdraw, the indication of the purchase order and the products subject to withdrawal.
It is understood that the notice of withdrawal, however made, must be sent to Murano Store no later than the aforementioned period of 14 days from receipt of the goods by the Customer.
HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
- Replacement:
Within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods by Murano Store and a quick verification of the product, The Customer will be sent back the correct product; if not available, a refund will be made.
- Refund:
The Customer will be refunded only the price of the returned products, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods by Murano Store.
If the above procedures for the return of goods are not met, Murano Store reserves the right not to accept the return itself and not to make the refund.
HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL?
If they have not already been sent together with the above notice of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products within 14 days of receipt of the goods in the manner specified in the section RETURN AND REFUND
In any case, the Customer must return the items undamaged, unused and with their original packaging.
HOW IS THE REFUND MADE IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL?
Confirmation and filing of the order
Murano Store will refund the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, without prejudice to Murano Store 's right to withhold the refund until it has received the products.
If the above procedures for withdrawal and return of goods are not respected, Murano Store reserves the right not to accept the withdrawal itself and not to make the refund, subject to compliance with its legal obligations.
