IMMEDIATE SHIPPING: Courier delivery within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends).

PRODUCTION ON ORDER: Up to 4 weeks for items specially created by our master glassmakers.

Our Murano glass creations are professionally packaged with durable packaging that includes foam and, for larger works, custom-made wooden crates. We work with international couriers DHL and UPS to ensure on-time delivery.

Murano-Store.com is your trusted retailer for original and certified Murano glass products. We guarantee courteous and professional service, just like a local store, with shipping available worldwide via Economy, Express and Priority services.

After your order is prepared, we will provide a tracking number to track your shipment directly on the courier site.

Important note: When purchasing, remember to provide a valid phone number. This will be helpful to the courier for any communication about the delivery.

FREE DELIVERY

Shipping is Free to all Europe with standard economy shipping or Access Point pickup and transit time of at least 3-7 days depending on the area. To use a fast express service select an alternative express courier such as UPS - BRT or DHL.

The"ECONOMY" service takes about 3-5 days for Italy, 5-7 business days for Europe and at least 7-10 days for the rest of the World [even 20 in the most remote areas of the planet] and is totally FREE for deliveries in Italy, EU and the rest of the world.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

The "EXPRESS" service guarantees fast transit times, varying between 2 and 10 days, with costs calculated according to the destination area (visible at the time of purchase). We work with reliable couriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and EMS. Upon request, we are available to help you choose the shipping method best suited to your needs.

3. murano-store.com will not take responsibility for the charges, taxes and customs duties

For Italy and EU countries, there are no extra taxes on delivery.

We therefore suggest that you check the amount of customs charges with the customs agency in your country.

The default shipping method you will find at checkout is the cheapest one selectable within the order page before proceeding with payment.

If there are any problems such as "country is not within the countries listed for shipping" please contact us to provide you with a customized quote.
